扬州英语一:游扬州个园
暑假我又去了扬州，这次游览了著名的“个园”。听到这个名字，你一定会感到很好奇。为什么叫这个？原来这个园子以竹子著称，竹叶的形状就像“个”字。走进个园，首先就能看到一片片的小竹林，各种各样的竹子：罗汉竹、水竹等等，翠绿色的一片，非常漂亮。
再走进是很大的院落，这是原来是一位古代四品官的家。走在里面我突然想问一个问题：在这面玩捉迷藏一定找不到藏起来的那个人，这里实在太大了。跟着导游游览分成春、夏、秋、冬四个部分的景色，各有不同。据说园子的主人28岁开始修园子，用了整整20年修好，到48岁已是中年，就像四季到了秋天一样，所以他将秋园修得最气派、最美丽。
