今年六月初，学校举行了名曰“中考热身”的最后一次调考。考完后，老班“良心发现”，特别“恩准”我们初三班学生休假半天外加一个夜晚。回到家里，由于考试失利，我心里不爽，干什么事都没有心情，所以丝毫没有假日休闲、怡悦舒适的感觉。
记得那天晚上，月朗星稀，天气闷热，不巧又停了电，我独自一人坐在院子里纳凉，心情郁闷且有些害怕。我甚至担心鲁迅先生笔下的“美女蛇”此时会露出墙头，而我又没有收敛“飞蜈蚣”的匣子。
忽然，院外传来了悠扬的二胡声，在这寂静的月夜里显得尤为悦耳动听，让人感到心旷神怡。
我循声找去，哦，原来是邻院的退休干部黄爷爷正在月光下如痴如醉、怡然自乐地拉着二胡。

黄奶奶见我站在那里沉思遐想，便感慨地对我说：“孩子，这就是我们那时候唱的流行歌曲。哎，想想那个年代，大家几乎人人都会唱呢！”

我爱故乡，更爱大山中那幽静雅致的故乡小屋。
其实，故乡的那间属于我家的小屋并不小，因为它容纳了我们一大家子人。算起来大约也有六、七间房吧，可它以苍茫的大山为背景，自然就显得小了。近看小屋，红瓦白墙，虽没有“大家闺秀”一类珠光宝气的范儿，却也颇具一些“小家碧玉”的文静生气呢！
远眺小屋，树木掩映，隐约露出小屋的灰色屋脊。小屋点缀着大山，给大山增添了蓬勃的生机与活力，大山又用它厚重静穆的景致把小屋衬托得既庄严美观，又幽静雅致。
山中小屋的晨景尤为美丽和恬静。不必说仲春那个百花盛开、争奇斗艳的时节，清晨的美景将小屋点缀得迷人而又妖娆；也不必说深秋那个天高云淡、万里飘香的季节，清晨金风送爽，将山中小屋笼罩在一片和煦温馨的气氛之中。单说在烈日炎炎的盛夏，抑或在大雪纷飞的寒冬，故乡小屋的美景，都别有一番恬淡幽静的情致。
夏日的早晨，太阳不像晌午那样炙热，她就像一位羞红了脸的少女，焕发出青春的光彩。阳光透过那一层层似丝似帘的雾气，洒在林中的每一片绿叶上，也洒在大山中的每一寸土地上。林中叽叽喳喳欢叫着的喜鹊，催我早早地打开大门。哇！一股泥土的芳香扑面而来，那种沁人心脾的甜香让我感到耳目清爽、心旷神怡。眼前这一幅飘渺而又生机盎然的美景，把我和我的小屋融进了一片清静的仙境。
冬日的雪后，大山中的小屋更是别有一番风韵与情致。雪后的大山像身着银裙的罗敷，洁白得让人炫目而不忍触摸。山林、田园，一片白茫茫。站在山边的田垄上，偶尔也会看见银色中泛出淡淡的绿意，那是即将破土而出的麦苗；嫩绿的油菜叶儿从雪地里拱出身子，探出小脑袋，好奇地顾盼着这一片银装素裹的山林与田园，这一切仿佛给大山中的小屋带来了温暖与希望。这时的小屋简直就是天宫中的琼楼玉宇，卓尔不凡，雅静脱俗。
住在这大山中的小屋里，不必像城里人那样，为了营造一个幽静雅致的环境，买来花盆，种上各色各类的花草，再精心地侍弄管理，费尽心神。大山中的花草是数不尽、赏不完的。只要涉足户外，你就会尽享奇花异卉的芳香与惊喜。这些大自然的美丽使者呼吸着大山的气息，享受着大山的阳光，吮吸着大山的雨露，开放出绚丽夺目的花朵，供我们这些居住于山中的幸运者去亲近，去欣赏。
啊！我爱故乡那美丽巍峨的大山，我更爱大山中那幽静雅致的故乡小屋！
